ULTIMA 501 - Modified Analysis, 500BHN Abrasion Resistant Wear Plate

Ultima 501 is furnished at a maximum hardness to resist severe abrasion and moderate impact. This is a "true" formable product. Ultima 501 is heat treated to provide excellent service in severe applications. Unlike other wear plates that harden while in service, Ultima 501 is delivered deep hardened to range of 475 to 535BHN.

Ultima 501 Plate is manufactured to modern steel making technology which incorporates; inclusion shape control, grain refinement, small batch thermal treatment, and low levels of sulfur and phosphorus.
